Heather Petherick is a dynamic coach that specializes in helping ambitious, young professionals to redefine their lives through the use of humor, courage and the unvarnished truth.

Born on the border between Gen X and Gen Y, Heather is intimately aware of the unique struggles and perspectives of today's new professional. Heather knows that even the best-laid plans can take you to the wrong place unless you truly honor what's important to you! Having survived her own "career crisis" at 25, she is truly passionate about helping her generation realign their focus to work toward what matters to them, not what matches society's expectations.

As the sole-proprietor of Career Clarity, Heather has been active in the study and practice of career coaching for over 6 years and has earned a masters degree in Management, specializing in Human Resources. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches (CAPC). Heather is also currently working towards her credential as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) but her most cherished roles are that of wife and mother. Her professional experience, coupled with her passion for providing career clarity, make Heather an enduring catalyst in her clients' lives.
