My passion as a coach is to see my clients live a life full of laughter.

I was personally trained and certified by Dr. Martha Beck; America's best known life coach, bestselling author and monthly columnist for O Magazine. I use practical tools that help people change rapidly and significantly. My coaching style is straightforward and simple, not always easy, but incredibly rewarding and life changing - it's like the best make-over you'll ever give yourself.
