Carolyn is a CTI trained coach who is passionate about life-long learning. With an extensive background in adult education, Carolyn has over 20 years experience in business, workplace learning and coaching. Seeing coaching as a powerful way to learn and move forward, Carolyn loves to work one-on-one with clients who are committed to creating a vision for their professional and personal lives and to making that vision come alive.

Carolyn has been coaching privately and in organizations since 2003. She divides her time between her private coaching practice and Cenera, a human resources and business consulting firm, where she coaches clients in career transition. Clients describe working with Carolyn as a collaborative, dynamic and transformational experience.

Carolyn has held leadership positions with the University of Calgary, Calgary Board of Education and Mount Royal College. She has extensive entrepreneurial experience having co-founded and been the COO of a public company with over 70 exmployees. Most recently Carolyn founded and directed the Centre for Business Development at Mount Royal College. Carolyn holds a BSc and is a member of the ICF and CAPC.
