Arif Maherali was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta Canada where he attended the University of Calgary's Haskyne School of Business. During his years of school Arif started a landscaping design firm, which flourished for several years. With the boom in Calgary and Arif's entrepreneurial spirit, Arif went on to sell his first company and start his second in digital display advertising. This grew to a comfortable size where Arif again decided to sell. With some time off to reflect, Arif had a chance to self analyze and realize what his passion truly was. All fingers pointed to working with people and helping them realize their potential. From his last business Arif has found himself in an HR realm. Along with coaching Arif also acts as a Recruitment Consultant in the international Oil and Gas Industry.
Arif has always found himself in leadership roles. His many years as a leader in sports, martial arts and Latin dance has placed him at an advanced teaching level within all those disciplines. His thirst to lead people to success is what drives him to continue. Being a motivator and success guru Arif has founded mind-a-like, Canada Coaches Institute and Coaches Globally. With extensive education in Life and Executive/Business coaching through ICA, Arif's goal is to continue to help those who want to reach their full potential in life, guiding them to unparalleled success.
