EMOTIONAL FITNESS COACH TRAINING

The Emotional Fitness Institute now offers several opportunities for training across Canada including Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa, Moncton and Halifax. The next Calgary class begins in September. This course provides 122 hours of Continuing Coach Education Units from the International Coach Federation (including all the Core Competency requirements) as well as 120 hours of Continuing Education Units from the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. Emotional Fitness takes coaching and counselling to another level, enabling professionals and clients to listen and gain insights for action at truly deep levels.

Here’s what one experienced coach said after a recent course: “I will never forget all the learnings, the breakthroughs and the experience.  I will surely recommend this course to my network”.

Whether you are relatively new to coaching or counselling or have several years’ experience and want to expand the possibilities, this training will give you the tools to draw out the inner wisdom in your clients in ways that will astound you and them.
