Bob Nogue embarked on a career transformation six years ago that has enabled him to more fully pursue his passion. He serves individuals and teams to discover and ignite their desire to achieve their true potential. Bob brings over thirty years in senior management and leadership roles in Canada and internationally to this pursuit. Bob holds an ACC credential from the International Coach Federation, is a Chartered Accountant, and President of CAPC for 2010.

Keith Hanna's experience as a coach spans over 15 years and includes helping entrepreneurs and growing companies to identify and implement the changes needed to take their success to the next level. Keith has worked with leaders in a variety of industries and at every stage of their professional and personal lives. His career as a coach began as an extension of his work as a product designer, helping entrepreneurs turn their vision into innovative products. Keith realized that the most important innovations entrepreneurs had to make were inward focused. Those who were able to deal with the stresses caused by personal and business changes around them were able to make those changes work for them, and were able to live greater lives and build greater businesses. Keith holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Design from the University of Calgary, is the author of two books: 'Setup' and 'Higher Purpose, Higher Profit', and is an accomplished speaker and facilitator.

She holds a PCC credential from the International Coach Federation and brings over 20 years of experience from corporate, non-profit and entrepreneurial environments. She directs her clients to create a personal declaration that empowers them to fully stand in who they desire to be. Philip Uglow is a successful performance management coach with over 30 years of industry experience. He specializes in working with clients to determine why they are falling short of their goals and then works together with them to prepare a coaching plan to achieve those goals. Philip works with front line and executive employees who work in midsize to large companies. He gains his experience from working with a wide variety of industries and sectors, from heavy industrial companies to knowledge based software firms.

Selena is a Certified Executive Coach from Royal Roads University. Selena provides business and empowerment coaching to women in her private practice, and provides facilitation and business coaching for a self-employment program for women in a not-for-profit organization. She has coached women in the health industry, not-for-profit, oil and gas,  financial industry and the arts  as well as entrepreneurs. Selena's 10 years experience has developed her key skills in the areas of: business and empowerment coaching, facilitation, program development, small business start-up, EQ-i® and EQ-360® certified, as well as consulting activities including management, communications and human resource services.

Aly is the wife of 2006 Olympic Silver Medallist, Jeff Pain, and brings her experience and knowledge of elite performance success and intentional relationships to a personal and tangible level.
